Today's menu says:
- M1 - 1/2 L low fat milk @ 0950
- M2 - 4/5 slices of Roast beef @ 1300
- M3 - Cup of fruit salad @ 1630
- M4 - Pieces of chicken or Tuna salad @ 2200
Round 1 is about to be over, I lost X amount of kgs (will reveal it with the status of the day), not a bad start. Now the real flesh drops challenge will start. The first round is usually the easiest in dropping, after that its on an average from 1-3 kgs, mostly around 3 though.
