2011, this it is...

One year ago it was over... I actually lost the 25 kgs successfully as planned. However forgot all about it again.

2011... back to where I originally started 100 kgs. This time around, few differences have been made.

  • Initially started jogging few times every other week or so.
  • Then started participating in playing football, so a higher dose of activity.
  • Now, I am at the point of joining a gym and get access to: Swimming, Squash, jogging and tennis. (Very excited about it, hopefully I can get around registering to get started very soon).
